As RIT’s pilot effort utilizing real-time, in-camera visual effects, this promotional piece for the RIT Electric Vehicle Team was a joint production of Optic Sky and students in the inaugural virtual production courses taught by Professors Flip Phillips and Shaun Foster during spring 2021

A spotlight on the commercial virtual production facilitated by Optic Sky Productions in collaboration with the Electric Vehicle Team (EVT) made at the end of the Spring 2021 semester. Key creators, faculty, and students reflect on the production and the different aspects of experimentation and involvement that allowed mutual education and fun to lead the charge into creating an effective virtual production advertisement.
